We want you to live the life you were made to live
About Us
Ian and Kristy have been coaching people for most of their adult lives. They know that people matter. And have a deep conviction that we are all made as our individual selves and have the ability to fully live out that life we are intended to live. The bumps and bruises of life are all also what shapes us into who we are and how we are to live our lives out. Ian and Kristy are no stranger to hardship and learning how to LIVE AGAIN. For almost 20 years, they had the privilege of working with High School students and coaching them in their young lives as well as whole family coaching. In many different facets, they both had to dig deep through seasons of life, to learn how to live in the middle of crisis, survive raising teens, financially support the family and each other. And if you have been in a crisis in your family or your own life, you know this just touches the tip of the iceberg.
They have done the work and are ready to give back and come alongside others to help them discover what they are looking for. Whether it be career or life change, reaching and defining goals, clarifying the muddy waters of life to move forward and coach you to be the you and live the life you are meant to live.

Hi, I am Kristy. I am so happy you are here. You know why? You matter. Your life and how you live it matters. To the world and the people in it. You are specifically designed to live out the life that only YOU can live and people need you to be you. I know this because I have lived different times of feeling stuck and purposeless. I have had to re-create my career multiple times through running a non-profit and coaching teens and families to starting our own businesses in property management and vacation rentals. And times where I was trying to live the way someone else does and that wasn’t fitting ‘me’. I have lived through years of great and what seemed to be insurmountable crisis that there seemed to be no end in sight for and no purpose in and had to find my ‘big girl pants’ . . . put them on each and every day. . . and learn how to make the changes and take the leaps necessary to life the life I am called to live. Life change is hard. I believe you have what is in you to live your life with intention and purpose and be who you are designed to be.
Kristy grew up in sunny Southern California and moved to Oregon to attend college. She earned a Bachelors of Business Administration and was Administrator and Mentor Coach for the non-profit ‘On Track Ministries’ for 18 years. During this time she mentored teens and mothers of teens as well as holding the role of Administrator for the non-profit as a whole. She has been a Speaker and Teacher for many women’s and youth events and a sought after advisor with an emphasis in teens, life change, parenting and non-profit administration. Ian and Kristy are now back in Southern California where they are thriving in their life coaching business and living daily grateful for the life they have.

I would like to introduce myself. I grew up in Laguna Beach, California where I spent my days at the beach and on the tennis court. Growing up in Laguna Beach I was able to develop the skill of becoming a tennis player at a young age. Through my teen years I became very disciplined and focused and dedicated myself in becoming a ranked Junior Southern California tennis player. I achieved a top 30 singles ranking in the boys 16 and 18 junior rankings. Once that occurred I then was getting offered tennis scholarships around the country. Eventually, I chose Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington and played 4 years of collegiate tennis and achieved a top 64 tennis ranking nationally in collegiate rankings. After finishing my degree in Sociology, I moved to Bend Oregon and began teaching tennis and also competed on the Pacific Northwest professional tennis satellite tennis tour and made a top 5 ranking in the mid 1990s. While teaching tennis and building relationships in Bend, I started attending church and met my wife, Kristy and we got married while both of us were on staff at this church. From our passion to come alongside youth, we formed our non-profit Youth ministry called On Track Ministries and discipled teenagers for 18 years. Kristy and I counted it a privilege to mentor young people and see them and their families grow and become who they were meant to be.
We had two kids of our own, Clay and Shay, whom are now young adults. They have been the joy of our lives and we are close with your young adult children to this day.
Today, I’m living in Southern California with my wife and teaching tennis at Laguna Niguel Racquet Club and thriving as a tennis coach. My passion is to see and to mentor and train people to become the best they can be. I love to encourage and empower people to find the gifts they have been given and then come alongside individuals to meet their lifetime goals and dreams.
My favorite saying in life is “ Who you spend time with is who you become . If you give me the opportunity to be your coach I hope to empower you to achieve all you hope to achieve in life.
